PHIL 338 Environmental Ethics (3)

An exploration of ethical issues pertinent to the environment, for example: obligations to future generations; the question of animal rights; endangered species; pesticides and pollution; energy technologies; depletion of resources; and global justice and ocean resources. Consideration of the pertinent obligations of individuals, businesses, and government. Note: Course will be canceled if there are fewer than six (6) paid students enrolled as of Monday, June 11.
