University of San Diego is extremely proud offer our Small Business Success Workshop Series. After spending time in San Diego's business community and listening to the needs of business owners, managers, and employees, University of San Diego has created an innovative offering with an original focus: real-world, applicable knowledge and training. Different than degree programs, our workshops are taught by business professionals who 'walk their own talk.' Small group exercises are formulated around individually-specific business scenarios rather than general case studies, and the purpose of each workshop is to provide information that can be put into use the next day.
The cohesive program encompasses the business aspects necessary to continue and grow success. Workshops address the global goal and then focus on the steps and processes to attain that goal. Workshops are kept small in order for instructors to have a high degree of personal interaction with each individual student, and workshop structures vary depending on how to best present the material.
