Michelle is the former CEO of The Corporate Basket, a corporate gift company that specialized in client appreciation and employee recognition gifts. After nine years of building her local San Diego business to an international platform, Michelle sold the company in early 2007.
Michelle is a graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a past board member of numerous community and professional trade associations, including Financial Women Intl, The Fountain Valley Chamber of Commerce, The National Association of Women Business Owners, The Micro Enterprise Loan Program of Orange County and the American Institute of Banking. In 2005 Michelle was a finalist for the Carlsbad Chamber Entrepreneur of the Year Award and a finalist in 2004 for The San Diego Business Journal's highly sought-after Women Who Mean Business Award.

Jim Eckmann

Jim Eckmann is a graduate of Stanford Law School, where he was on the Law Review. After law school he served as a U.S. Navy officer in Southeast Asia during the Vietnam War and was awarded a Naval Unit Commendation, among other awards. He practiced law in San Diego for 25 years and handled a wide variety of disputes and negotiations, including business and corporate acquisitions, more routine business dealings as well as complex litigation that involved dozens of parties and law firms in each case.
While an undergraduate he founded his own small, and successful, business and was a founding and managing partner of two successful law firms. He has taught Negotiations in local law schools and in Master’s level and undergraduate programs as well.

Al Salcedo is an independent business consultant, specializing in internet marketing and eLearning content development. Prior to his present endeavors, he completed 20 years of active-duty service in the U.S. Navy, retiring at the rank of Commander. He has held numerous executive positions in training and development, logistics operations, contracts and procurement, information technology, and finance. Al is a graduate of the U. S. Thomas M. Woolway joined Torrey Pines Bank in 2003 and is a Senior Vice President and Head of the Commercial Lending Group. He is responsible for overseeing the production of loans, generation of deposits, and the management of the loan portfolio maintained by the Bank's Commercial Lending Group.
Thomas has a 22-year banking career in the San Diego market. He has been a Manager for various local banks, a Regional Bank Manager, and a lender in Private Banking and Commercial real estate.
Prior to his career in financial services, Thomas served in the U.S. Navy as a Commissioned Officer, retiring at the rank of Commander. He was in active duty for five years and reserve duty for fifteen years, serving as Commanding Officer of two units.
Thomas received his Bachelors degree in Business Management from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles and his Master's degree in Corporate Finance from University of Southern California. He earned a certification from the Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington.
In addition to his banking and military careers, Thomas serves on various Boards of Directors, including the Arthritis Foundation and the American Heart Association.
