Jason Schreiber, Director of Student Activities

Jason serves as the Director of Student Activities.  He has been with the University since November of 2004.  Prior to the University of San Diego, Jason was at St. Norbert College as Associate Director of New Student Programs & Involvement and Cornell College as Assistant Director of Student Life.  Jason has a B.B.A. from St. Norbert College and an M.S. in Organizational Leadership from Marian College.  Jason has other duties as a Challenge Course faciitator at Whispering Winds Camp and Rainbow Educator.  Jason has served on various national and regional boards through ACPA, NASPA, and NACA.

Leonard "Onar" Primitivo, Assistant Director of Leadership & Involvement

Onar is excited to be joining the Student Leadership & Involvement Center staff this year as the new Assitant Director for Student Leadership and Involvement.
Coming from the midwest, Twin Cities, Onar moved to San Diego this July. Onar graduated from Western Washington University for his BA in Visual Communication/Graphic Design and received his MA at Colorado State University in Student Affairs in Higher Education. He is starting his first year at USD with excitment and great enthusiasm!

Gina Bongiorno, Graduate Assistant

Gina is a first year Marriage and Family Therapy Graduate Student from Montreal, Canada. She graduated from McGill University with a B.A. in psychology and a double minor in sociology and behavioral sciences in 2005. Since graduation, she has been working as an Assistant Coordinator in the Research Unit on Children’s Psychosocial Maladjustment at Saint-Justine Children’s Hospital. She has also worked as an intervention volunteer at the Montreal Sexual Assault Center. Gina is looking forward to joining the USD community and the Student Activities team in the upcoming semester.

Justin Calbreath, Graduate Assistant

Justin is enjoying his second year in the School Counseling program in the School of Leadership and Education Sciences. Justin received a B.S. in psychology from Washington State University in 2004.  At WSU, Justin was an active member of The Fraternity of Phi Gamma Delta, where he held various leadership positions. Since graduation he has been working near his home in Eugene, Oregon as a Behavior Support Specialist with the Center for Family Development.  Justin is excited for another with Associated Students and Student Activities.
