| • | Spring 2012: Global Presence Committee appointed, with input from deans and the Executive Vice President. |
| • | Fall 2012: Committee members developed goals and next steps. The committee discussed the “global footprint” concept and envisioned this "footprint" to provide opportunities and connections for our students, faculty, international alumni, professional programs, etc. The committee will draft a proposal, with a timeline for implementation, and share with others for additional input. |

| • | Spring 2013: Design a survey for internal and external constituents to determine current regional areas of activity and expected growth. Distribute the survey and review the results. |
