| Engage Alumni and Build Relationships Task Force | |

The Alumni Task Force is chaired by Charles Bass, Director of Alumni Relations, with members representing administrators, faculty, and students. Several of the task force members are USD alumni. The task force is charged to provide actionable strategies to implement the goals of the university and the Alumni Relations Strategic Plan 2015. The task force will identify current and potential opportunities on campus for alumni engagement and then provide recommendations and actionable strategies to integrate the role of alumni in the daily life of the University. | |

| • | Alumni Attitude Survey results communicated to campus administrators and partners. |
| • | Luncheon held for alumni who work on campus – 55 alumni employees attended. |
| • | Held two Alumni Task Force meetings. |
| • | Created Campus Alumni Engagement Form and invited the campus community to identify when alumni volunteer on campus as speakers or presenters. |
| • | Gathered list of on-campus leadership opportunities, annual/reoccurring programs and campus initiatives and special program where alumni could be engaged as volunteers. |

| • | Will hold 4–6 task force meetings before May, with task force members taking the lead on specific tasks between larger group meetings. |
