MKTG 494 Understanding Consumers Through Filmmaking / 3 units

This course examines the innovative research methodology of consumer ethnographic filmmaking as a way of understanding and communicating consumer behavior. With instructor guidance, students choose a topic in consumer behavior, shoot video, then analyze, interpret and edit their footage to produce a short film for presentation. Films will be presented in class for further analysis and interpretation. Note: Course will be canceled if there are fewer than eight (8) paid students enrolled as of Monday, May 5.
