Focus on one of four specialties: Higher Education Leadership, Nonprofit and Philanthropic Leadership, Organizational Leadership and Consulting, or Teaching, Learning and Leadership—or determine your own specialty. Meet SOLES Student Ambassador Stephanie Van Dellen

While working toward her PhD in Leadership Studies, Stephanie enjoys interdisciplinary learning among fellow students. "The faculty admit a diverse group, which allows for us to share our different experiences. My background is in human resources, but there are others in my cohort who are elementary school teachers, former military officers, nonprofit leaders and higher education instructors and administrators."
