Nonprofits and Civil Society
Students will learn how organizations and government collaborate, as well as understand how nonprofit organizations function in a developing country. The delegation will travel to Guatemala City, Quetzaltenango, Lake Atitlan and Antigua during the trip. During our week-long tour we will visit with leaders and organizations from the public, private, and philanthropic sectors. The visits will explore community development, health and human services, the environment, corporate social responsibility and the role of faith-based initiatives in Guatemala.

1. The estimated program costs includes accommodation, transportation for in-country program activities, some meals and program costs. Students will need to budget for some additional meals and incidental costs.
2. Upon registration, you will be billed a non-refundable $150 deposit.
3. When you receive confirmation that you have been accepted to the course, you need to book your own flights.
