Advanced Diagnosis and Treatment Planning
This course in Finland and Sweden introduces CMHC students to the constructs, techniques and research related to diagnosis and treatment planning for patients in in a variety of settings. The course also examines clinical mental health practice issues that overlap with Swedish and Finnish clients. The course places a strong emphasis on using clinical and forensic case material to develop advanced competencies needed for assessment and treatment planning. Participants will have ongoing opportunities to practice assessment and intervention techniques.
