Course Descriptions

TitleEthics and Leadership

Ethics is present in what we think and how we act as individual persons, as we interact with members of our family and friends, as workers, as leaders and followers, as members of our communities, and as citizens of the world. In our role as leaders, we are entrusted with a higher level of responsibility to behave ethically because the way we act has an effect on others. As followers, we have shared responsibility with our leaders, as we make our own decisions to respond to our leaders’ decisions and actions.

Effective spring 2016, this course has been re-numbered to LEAD 660
