This course provides participants with opportunities to examine theories of leadership and authority; to study and analyze the dynamic forces (both conscious and unconscious) that influence the life of groups and organizations; and to identify and evaluate their own assumptions and behaviors related to the exercise of leadership and authority. This is a pass / fail course.
