| Description | The purpose of this course is to help doctoral students develop an understanding of some of the more advanced quantitative research techniques used in empirical research, including limited dependent variable models, hierarchical linear modeling, and time-series analysis. In addition to traditional lectures and discussions, students are expected to complete an original empirical project using one of the advanced techniques covered in the course. Prerequisites: LEAD 607 and LEAD 613 or permission of the instructor. |
