| Description | Designed to provide an overview of how issues of diversity impact organizations. Using the organization as a frame of reference, topics include oppression, racism, discrimination, structural factors in organizations, communication across cultures, cultural differences affecting organizations, and moral obligations connected with the role of a leader. Student will analyze the reciprocal nature of beliefs, values, attitudes, and behaviors with regard to various microcultures in organizations. This course co-taught by John R.
