|Title||Personal Leadership, Self-Inquiry, and Discovery|
This course introduces students to the complexity of leadership through exploring classic and contemporary leadership theories with explicit connection to leadership practice. Students will learn about leadership concepts on an individual, group, and systemic level. Topics covered include: definitions of leadership, leadership theories, leadership and management, organizational leadership and change, diverse perspectives of leadership, and ethics. Through this course, students will develop competence and confidence in their ability to exercise leadership. This course was formerly titled: Leadership in Organizations.
