DescriptionUsing a theory-practice-critique framework oriented toward ethical leadership in public, private, and nonprofit contexts, students will analyze the reciprocal nature of beliefs, attitudes, values, and behavioral patterns in various microcultures with the personal, interpersonal, institutional, and societal context of organizations. Students will examine how oppression in social institutions and organizations explicitly and implicitly shapes the social and political patterns of leadership and management.
