You’ll need the following information:
1. Departure Airport
2. Arrival date (Wednesday, July 11 or Thursday, July 12) and preferred departure time from home airport and/or arrival time to San Diego
3. Departure date (Sunday, July 15 or Monday, July 15) and preferred departure time from San Diego and/or arrival time to home airport.
If you want to select specific flights, please send that information, and if the cost is within our budget, they’d be happy to book the specific flights for you.

Lodging: We will be housing you on the USD campus, for which we will make the arrangements. Upon your arrival to San Diego, you will take a cab from the airport to USD. Directions and contact information will be forthcoming.

Travel Expenses: All meals, beginning with lunch on Thursday will be provided (and plenty of snacks) while you are in San Diego. For any travel costs (parking, meals while traveling), please be sure to keep ITEMIZED receipts, so that you may be reimbursed. Original receipts and boarding passes will be needed as well.

Directions to USD:

Upon your arrival to San Diego, please plan to take a taxi from the airport to USD (unless you hear otherwise from Terri). Pick ups are tough at the airport these days because of ongoing construction.

Therefore, please take a cab to the University of San Diego (Note: be sure to let the driver know this is in Linda Vista. There are several universities in the area all with the name San Diego in them…).

You'll want to be dropped off at Mother Rosalie Hill Hall (first building on left at top of hill).Taxi’s should enter the campus at the “WEST” entrance (the first university entrance) on Linda Vista.
