Department of Leadership Studies - Professional Development Funds Request

The department has some funding available for faculty professional development, inlcuding conference attendance, training, software purchase (or other classroom teaching or research aids) that may not be covered by your annual faculty travel funds. Please provide the following information to the Department Chair for approval.
