The Nonprofit Leadership and Management (NLM) Program of the School of Leadership and Education Sciences invites you to attend a presentation entitled "Disaster Relief and Recovery in Haiti and Indonesia." Scott Campbell, a current graduate student of the NLM program, will highlight the work of Catholic Relief Services (CRS) in Haiti, following the January 2010 earthquake, and Indonesia, after the Indian Ocean Tsunami in December 2004. Campbell was director of CRS emergency response operations in both disasters, and will explain and present the relief and recovery process as well as compare and contrast the experience of the two countries in their time of crisis and catastrophe.
