Important UPDATED Event Parking Instructions

Please allow plenty of time to locate a parking space.

As you enter the USD campus from the West Entrance off of Linda Vista Road, stop at the guard booth to obtain a visitor’s parking permit for the white-lined visitor parking spaces.  Ask the attendant for directions to the Institute of Peace and Justice (IPJ) or the School of Leadership and Education Sciences (SOLES) parking structures.  Your four parking options are as follows:

1.      White-lined visitor parking will be available in the IPJ Building on ANY level of the parking structure.  The IPJ Building is located across the street from the SOLES Building.

2.      Additional white-lined visitor parking will be available underneath or around the SOLES Building, but spaces are limited.

3.      Additional white-lined visitor parking is available on the street, but spaces are limited.

4.       Finally, for overflow parking, please park in the West Lot or West parking structure located back at the campus West Entrance. From there you can take a regular campus shuttle to the top of the hill where you will be dropped off.  The shuttle runs every 10-15 minutes from 1:30-2:30.  After 2:30, the shuttle will run every half hour. The SOLES Building is located diagonally across from the drop off spot.
