- The Diocesan of San Diego Employee Scholarship
This is an annually renewable grant for students who are full time employees of the Catholic Diocese of San Diego, including parish schools and agencies. The scholarship is based on unit enrollment and is subject to the amount of other academic scholarships. Applicants for the Diocesan of San Diego Employee Scholarship must: be a SOLES student in good standing; and, be an employee who works full-time for the Diocese of San Diego. Applications are due two weeks prior to the start of the term.

On Campus Work Opportunities
- Student Affairs Graduate Assistantships (G.A.'s)
- Eligibility: Qualified G.A. applicants must have a completed application on file for or already be admitted to and enrolled in the M.A. in Higher Education Leadership. Hiring will be contingent on the applicant's admission by faculty, to the Master's in Higher Education Leadership.
- Compensation
• An hourly wage of $10.40 for 20 hours a week for up to 48 weeks
• Up to $5,000 tuition scholarship per semester
• One year appointment with the possibility of re-appointment for one additional year. - Learn more about our Student Affairs/SOLES Collaboration (SASC).
- Interviews for Graduate Assistantships will take place on March 5.
- Final admissions and GA decisions will be made in mid to late March.
- On Campus Employment - Other Graduate Assistantships or on campus employment may be avail al be in a variety of campus settings, or even through the Division of Student Affairs. Graduate Assistantships that are not part of the Student Affairs-SOLES Collaboration (SASC) typically pay an hourly wage and do not provide scholarship funding as part of their compensation.
