Expected Graduation Date

What do you hope to do with your degree and why?

I want to become a more effective leader and increase my ability to make positive change in my community.

How did you hear about SOLES, and why did you choose to enroll?

I heard about SOLES through a colleague who was applying to the program. I had been feeling the need to find a new direction in my life. I decided to enroll when I realized that participating in the program would open up a multitude of possibilities for me.

Are you currently working? If so, do you work full-time, part time, and what do you do?

I currently work full time at California Ballet. I am part of the administrative and artistic teams. We work with the executive director to produce high quality ballet performances and bring the experience of live theater to the underserved in our community. I am also a member of the senior faculty in the company and the school, teaching ballet, running rehearsals, and occasionally choreographing for the students.

Is there anything specific you would like to share with prospective students?

Don’t be afraid to take the leap! The program is worth the huge investment of time and energy. You will gain more than you can imagine. The faculty and staff at SOLES are all invested in your success and will support you throughout your journey.
