Educational Leadership Development Academy (ELDA)

The programs offered by our Educational Leadership Development Academy (ELDA) can get you there.

But first, do you already have a teaching credential and at least three years of full-time teaching experience?

No, not yet.
You will need to earn a teaching credential and gain some experience before this option is right for you.

Yes, I do.
You should investigate our Aspiring Leaders program. This program is designed for working teachers who want to earn their Preliminary Administrative Services Credential, and possibly a master’s degree too. Students may opt to earn a MA or PhD in Leadership Studies, with a specialization in K-12 School Leadership, with their Administrative Services Credential. Our program is designed to prepare working teachers to become strong leaders and administrators in K-12 schools.
