Department of Leadership Studies
Graduates of the Educational Leadership Development Academy (ELDA) at the University of San Diego join an alumni community of nearly 250 educational leaders working in over 100 schools and district offices across California. Upon completion of the LEAP program, candidates interested in pursuing further study may choose to apply to the Preliminary Administrative Services Credential program and/or the M.A. in Leadership Studies with a specialization in PK-12 Public/Private School Leadership. SOLES also offers a Ph.D. in Leadership Studies with a specialization in PK-12 Public/Private School Leadership for candidates who hold master's degrees.
