Clearing your Web browser cache forces the browser to load the latest versions of web pages you visit. Almost all web browsers maintain a local copy of web pages on your disk or memory to speed up reloading of previously visited pages from the Internet. Try clearing your browser cache as follows:

Windows users

Mac users

Windows users:

For Internet Explorer 4.x and Up

•  Click "Tools" from the Internet Explorer menubar

•  Click "Internet Options..."

•  Click the "General" Tab

•  Click the "Delete Files" button in the "Temporary Internet files" section

•  If you still have a problem, repeat the steps above and restart the computer.

For Netscape 4.x and Up

•  Click "Edit" from the Netscape menubar

•  Click "Preferences..." from the "Edit" menu

•  Expand the "Advanced" menu by clicking the triangle sign

•  Click "Cache"

•  Click both the "Clear Memory Cache" and the "Clear Disk Cache" buttons.

For Mozilla 1.x and Up

•  Click "Edit" from the Mozilla menubar

•  Click "Preferences..." from the "Edit" menu

•  Expand the "Advanced" menu by clicking the plus sign

•  Click "Cache"

•  Click the "Clear Cache" button

Mac users:

For Internet Explorer 5:

•  Open Internet Explorer's preferences.

•  In Mac OS X: From the Explorer menu, select Preferences .

•  In Mac OS 9 and earlier: From the Edit menu, select Preferences .

•  Under Web Browser, select Advanced .

•  Under Cache, click the Empty Now button.

•  Click OK .

For Netscape 4.7x and 6.x :

•  From the "Edit" pull-down menu, select "Preferences"

•  Expand the "Advanced" options by clicking on the arrow pointing to"Advanced"

•  Select "Cache"

•  Confirm you have "Every time" selected.

•  Click on "Clear Disk Cache" (click "OK" when you're asked if you're sure).

•  Click "OK"

•  Close Netscape and restart your MAC.

For Safari (Mac OS X):

1. From the Safari menu, select Empty Cache.
