Clearing your Web browser cache forces the browser to load the latest versions of web pages you visit. Almost all web browsers maintain a local copy of web pages on your disk or memory to speed up reloading of previously visited pages from the Internet. Try clearing your browser cache as follows:
Windows users:
For Internet Explorer 4.x and Up
Click "Tools" from the Internet Explorer menubar
Click "Internet Options..."
Click the "General" Tab
Click the "Delete Files" button in the "Temporary Internet files" section
If you still have a problem, repeat the steps above and restart the computer.
For Netscape 4.x and Up
Click "Edit" from the Netscape menubar
Click "Preferences..." from the "Edit" menu
Expand the "Advanced" menu by clicking the triangle sign
Click "Cache"
Click both the "Clear Memory Cache" and the "Clear Disk Cache" buttons.
For Mozilla 1.x and Up
Click "Edit" from the Mozilla menubar
Click "Preferences..." from the "Edit" menu
Expand the "Advanced" menu by clicking the plus sign
Click "Cache"
Click the "Clear Cache" button
Mac users:
For Internet Explorer 5:
Open Internet Explorer's preferences.
In Mac OS X: From the Explorer menu, select Preferences .
In Mac OS 9 and earlier: From the Edit menu, select Preferences .
Under Web Browser, select Advanced .
Under Cache, click the Empty Now button.
Click OK .
For Netscape 4.7x and 6.x :
From the "Edit" pull-down menu, select "Preferences"
Expand the "Advanced" options by clicking on the arrow pointing to"Advanced"
Select "Cache"
Confirm you have "Every time" selected.
Click on "Clear Disk Cache" (click "OK" when you're asked if you're sure).
Click "OK"
Close Netscape and restart your MAC.
For Safari (Mac OS X):
1. From the Safari menu, select Empty Cache.
