Program Description

Master Black Belts (MBB) are individuals who possess the highest level of expertise and knowledge of current industry practice. A MBB has technical and leadership skills with a strong commitment to the practice and advancement of quality and improvement. The University of San Diego (USD) has developed a dynamic program to meet these needs and provides participants with the necessary skills for leading a company in a Quality Improvement initiative. In addition, the USD MBB Certificate Program is modeled after the ASQ MBB Certificate and prepares each participant for their application process and exam.
