Priority Online Registration Dates
WARNING regarding
Online Registration! Choose your class wisely. The Banner system will not
permit you to drop your class online. You will have to go to One Stop if you
change your mind or want to withdraw from Intersession.
Online registration:
Monday, October 3 – Friday, October 28, 2011
All units must be completed as of August 31, 2011.
All holds must be cleared before you can reserve your class.

All current students
USD graduate students may reserve their courses online at any time during these four weeks.
Note: After October 28 online registration is closed to all Intersession registrations; you may not add or drop Intersession classes online. All changes to your Intersession registration schedule must be completed in person at the One Stop Student Center in the Hahn University Center.
Online Registration Tuition Due Date
Tuition payment for courses reserved using online registration is due Friday, November 18, 2011. Class registration is not officially complete until all tuition and fees are paid. Students who have not paid their account in full for classes registered online on or before November 18 may be subject to a $150 late fee.
Walk-in Registration
Walk-in registration begins Tuesday, November 1 at 9 a.m. in the One Stop Student Center.
Bring with you:
- Add/Drop Form
- Payment for tuition in full in the form of a check made payable to USD, online payment confirmation, or complete the financial aid process as described in Payment Options on page 3 of the Intersession catalog.
Mailed registration and tuition must be post-marked no later than Friday, December 16, 2011 and must be mailed to:

Last Day to Register for Classes
Students have until the first day of the class to register for it. After the first day of the class, a $150 late fee will be assessed. For courses that start at or after 4 p.m., registration without a late fee is available until the next day at 5 p.m.
