Housing During Summer Sessions 2014

The Department of Residential Life is pleased to announce the availability of campus housing during the summer for any USD student who was enrolled during the 2014 spring semester or will be enrolled for the 2014 fall semester. Working with our students to meet their housing needs is the main focus of our summer program. If you are planning on taking a summer course and need to move in before it begins or perhaps need to stay after your class has ended, we are happy to accommodate your request based on availability. If you are currently living in Manchester Village, University Terrace Apartments, San Antonio De Padua Apartments, or Presidio Terrace Apartments we will work towards creating a smooth transition from your spring booking to your summer booking. If you are not currently residing in a continuous occupancy area we are still happy to accommodate your summer housing needs. You are not required to take a course to live on campus over the summer. However, we will have Resident Assistants who will assist with creating community, programming, and maintaining an academically focused environment.

You will need to submit your summer housing application as early as possible since bed spaces and occupancy type are on a first-come, first-assigned basis. The 2014 Summer Session housing portal will open in April and up to date information can be found on their website:

Housing Refunds

Housing costs, less a $150.00 non-refundable deposit, are partially refundable only when withdrawal is official and according to the tuition refund schedule. All housing refund requests must be made in writing to Residential Life in Mission Crossroads.
