Can I take a class Pass/Fail?
If the conditions set out in the 2008-2010 Undergraduate Bulletin are met. You must obtain your advisor's signature.

How and when can I register for Intersession?
WebReg will be active October 13 - 24. See eligibility dates based on units.

Walk-in registration begins October 28th at the One Stop Student Center, Hahn University Center 126.  You must bring payment and an Add/Drop form signed by your advisor.

Where do I go to use WebReg?
Log on to the MySanDiego Portal at https://my.sandiego.edu and go to the “One Stop Services” tab, then click on “Add or Drop Classes” in the “Registration Tools” box.

How many units can I take during Intersession?
You may register for a maximum of 4 units. If more units are necessary, you may request an Appeal for Overload form available at the One Stop Student Center of at the Summer and Intersession Office, have it signed by your advisor and Dean, and return it to the Summer and Intersession Office, Founders Hall 108.

How do I get on a wait list if my preferred class is full?
Come to the Summer and Intersession Office at 8:30 a.m., October 28th to get on the wait list.  Wait lists are first-come, first-served.

How much is tuition?
Tuition rates depend on your enrollment status.  Please click on "Link" to the right.

When is tuition due?
Tuition for courses reserved using WebReg is due November 21.  Tuition is due at the time of walk-in registration.

How do I pay for my Intersession class?
Tuition must be paid in full by check at the One Stop student Center.  Students may also pay by electronic check using EPay.  If using Financial Aid, you must present a Financial Aid Referral at the time you register. Referrals are obtained only after your application is submitted and the offer is accepted.

How do I apply for Financial Aid?
Applications are now available at http://www.sandiego.edu/financial_aid/forms/. Awards should be available by March 31 for students who applied by the priority due date of March 17.

Can you bill the person financially responsible for my summer class?
No, there are no payment plans available for Intersession. Tuition must be paid in full by November 21 if you use WebReg or at the time of walk-in registration.

Can I get a refund if I don’t take the class I signed up for?
You must officially drop with the One Stop Student Center, then refunds are at the applicable rate as published in the bulletin.  If you fail to attend a class you’ve registered for and do not officially drop, you will be charged for the class and receive an “F” on your transcript.

Can I live on campus during Intersession?
On-campus housing is available. Click on "Link" to the right for the application. Submit to Housing before November 14. Housing is limited, apply early.

Can I get a meal plan during Intersession?
Meal plans are not available, however, CampusCash cards may be used.
