The objective of this course is to apply financial management concepts to business situations through the use of case studies. The course will enhance your understanding of corporate finance topics, such as, valuation, capital budgeting, risk and return, cost of capital, capital structure, dividend policy and mergers. The focus of the course is on applied and analytical financial decision making and will require written case reports and the presentation of case analyses. Prerequisite: FINA 300. Note: Course will be canceled if there are fewer than eight (8) paid students enrolled as of Monday, May 6. Limit 40
