Book an Event

  1. Go to https://25Live.collegenet.com/sandiego
    • Sign-in (located at the top-right corner) with your USD login.
  2. Under the "Home" tab, please select Create an Event

  3. Select the option that best applies based on the information you have:

  4. Depending on which option you chose, fill in the appropriate fields for your event
    • If you select the first link then
      • Please select a your date
      • Please schedule your event time
      • Input Number of Attendees
      • Please click the drop-down arrow to search within specific buildings.
      • Click on "Show me what's available"
      • A new window will open and you'll either be presented with:
        • Available locations (marked with a green check mark) that you can select by clicking on "Use this Location."
        • No locations meeting your request can be found so you can then click on the blue text to search for a location that has a max capacity larger than your request.
    • If you select the second link then
      • Either type the space if known (i.e UC-104, MCC-206A) or the building code and click on "Go" (For example "UC-"will list University Center spaces and MCC is Manchester Conference Center and so on).
      • A new window will open, fill in the appropriate fields for your event
        • Select one of the room in the drop-down arrow under the "Go" button.
        • Please select a date. You can do this by clicking the blue text to the right of "Somewhere between:"
        • Once date is set, click "Show me this location's availability"
      • A new window will open and you will be able to select a time(from a location grid) based on location's availability by clicking on a white space under one of the start times.
  5. You should now be in the "Event Creation and Editing" tab, as shown below: Complete the following form as instructed in the site. If you are unclear about a certain field, carefully read the directions written above each section.

    Note: The red asterisk (*) denotes the required fields. Also, you can fill out additional information on your event by clicking on the Next icon at the bottom of the form. This information is optional.

  6. Once you complete the form, click Finish at the bottom.
