STEP 1: Determine What Type of Event You Are Planning

How big is the event?

Is the event formal or informal? Will it be open to students, employee's and alumni's?

Serving Food? Some rooms are better suited for catered events than others.
*All food must be provided by USD Catering. Go to the USD Catering web site to view menus, pricing and options.

STEP 2: Determine Your Desired Space

View each information and photos for each venue.

STEP 3: Check Availability

Visit our online calendar to see if space is available.

STEP 4: Book Your Event

Complete the Virtual EMS online form to book your event.

STEP 5: Look for Event Confirmation Via E-mail

We will contact you within 72 (business) hours upon receiving/reviewing your request.

*Please note some spaces have special rules / operational costs. You will be notified if the space you selected falls into this category. A request for a particular space does not guarantee a reservation for that space. Reservations will be based on availability and set-up needs. If you have questions about specific locations or set-ups, you can call the appropriate Scheduler from this list of schedulers.
