Special Event Tram Request

The form below can be utilized to request Tram Services for an event held both on campus and off campus. Please fill out every field as all information is necessary to confirm your reservation.

  1. We require at least five business days of advanced notice in order to schedule and confirm Tram Service for your event.
  2. A POETS Code is required to reserve a Tram. If a POETS Code is not going to be used for payment, confirmation will need to be established prior to your event.
  3. While we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate every request, we will certainly do our best to accommodate your event. After submitting this form, we will process your request within 48 hours. Once the request has been processed, you will be emailed a confirmation notice.

Cancellations must be processed 24 hours before the event date, otherwise a 2 hour minimum will be charged.
