Summary: Public Safety responded to a noise complaint at Cuyamaca Hall and while investigating the noise complaint discovered a Swastika and an Anarchy A symbol drawn with markers on the walls inside the resident's room. Public Safety also discovered marijuana, marijuana paraphernalia, ecstasy and prescription drugs that the residents did not have a prescription to possess.
