Summary: At approximately 2242 Public Safety responded to a complaint of excessive noise coming from a large group of unsupervised campers outside the resident hall courtyard. Upon investigation the group was contacted and after multiple requests to return to their rooms and keep the noise level down they complied.

Location: MANCHESTER Child Development Center
Summary: At approximately 0408 Public Safety responded to an intrusion alarm at the Manchester Child Development Center. Upon further investigation, a review of various video cameras in the general area revealed images of an unclothed individual at approximately 3:00 a.m. outside Manchester Village. The individual is a 30 year old White male, approximately 6’2” weighing 185 with blond hair and blue eyes. The Department of Public Safety has identified this individual and is working closely with the San Diego Police Department to address the situation and apprehend the individual. This individual is not permitted to be on the University of San Diego campus. If you observe suspicious behavior, please immediately contact the Department of Public Safety at (619) 260-2222.
