Summary: At approximately 1802 Public Safety responded to a report of an altercation that occurred between a student and a non-student in Main dining.  Upon investigation both individuals were contacted and it was determined that the non-student had made derogatory comments toward the student.  The student was reported to have responded by pouring coffee over the head of the non-student.  After investigation both individuals declined to press charges.
