Public Safety Officers also confiscated marijuana paraphernalia found in the vehicle and informed the student that he would receive a call from Student Affairs regarding the violations. Public Safety Officers then transported the student to the residence of his friend to spend the night.

Public Safety Officers also confiscated and destroyed drug paraphernalia that they found on the student’s person.
