Summary: While conducting foot patrol, Public Safety Officers observed suspicious activities inside a residence hall by a former resident student. The Officers determined the student was not allowed to be in the residence hall, and was escorted off campus.

Location: OFF CAMPUS-GOSHEN ST.
Summary: While conducting a security check in the UTAs, Public Safety Officers observed a USD cart on Goshen St. One male adult fled on foot and returned later. Public Safety Officers contacted another male still in the cart. Both individuals demonstrated objective signs of intoxication, and Public Safety Officers contacted San Diego Police regarding the theft and public intoxication. San Diego Police charged one of the individuals with Grand Theft of a USD cart.
