Summary: A Public Safety Dispatcher advised Public Safety Officers that there were several students shining a spotlight into a surveillance camera. While questioning the group of 12 individuals, Public Safety Officers observed four students to be heavily intoxicated and unable to care for themselves, and they were transported to Detox. One of the students was also urinating on the wall of Procurement Services. Their BAC level’s were 0.206, 0.183, 0.121, 0.133. The students indicated that they had just returned from a party at the Beach and were getting ready to go to another party.

The Officers determined that he was still intoxicated and unable to care for himself. He was transported to Detox. His BAC level was .114. A DUI citation is currently pending.
