Summary: At approximately 1005, Public Safety and Residence Life were conducting a welfare check at a residence hall room. Upon arrival at the room, the smell of marijuana was present. The occupants of the room were found to be in possession of marijuana, paraphernalia and a large amount of prescription drugs. The prescription drugs were claimed by a non-student who was also present and was placed in the custody of SDPD. The four residents were cited for possession of marijuana and paraphernalia and minor in possession of alcohol.

Summary: At approximately 3:20 am on Thursday, October 22, 2009, two University of San Diego resident students observed a male individual walking down the southwest exterior stairs of the San Rafael residence hall. The male subject was described as a 19-20 year old Caucasian, approximately 6’ tall and of medium-muscular build. The subject was reported to be nude below the waist, and was wearing a white T-shirt with a circular logo. USD Department of Public Safety was contacted by the reporting party approximately 10-20 minutes after the incident occurred.  Public Safety officers responded but were unable to locate anyone in the area matching the description.  The incident remains under investigation. Upon investigation, the individual was contacted, identified as a resident student, and determined to be too intoxicated to care for himself.
