Summary: At approximately 1953 Public Safety responded to a report of an employee who had allegedly struck a commuter student’s vehicle with his car door multiple times. The case is currently under investigation.

Incident Class & Type SERVICE INVESTIGATE SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES
Location: UNIVERSITY TERRACE APARTMENTS
Summary: On July 4th, 2009 at approximately 11:52pm a resident of the University Terrace Apartments reported that unknown male was seen looking through her bathroom window. The individual is described as a White male in his 20’s, approximately 5’8” with short black hair wearing a green jacket and black pants. Location: SAN ANTONIO DE PADUA GARAGE
Summary: At approximately 1358 Public Safety responded to a theft report involving a University employee’s personal property. Upon investigation, an unknown individual had taken a mountain bike that had been secured with a U-Lock on a bike rack. The bikes, and the lock, were found missing 10 days after the employee had last seen his bike.

Location: SERRA HALL
Summary: At approximately 1540 Public Safety responded to a late theft report from a university employee. Upon investigation, the employee had left a ring unattended in her secured office in May of 2009. The employee reported her ring missing when her lipstick, also left unattended in her secured office, was later found missing. There were no signs of forced entry, and no other items were missing.

Summary: At approximately 1106 Public Safety responded to a late theft report involving a backpack with a laptop and a gold chain inside it. Upon investigation, the backpack had been stored in an unsecured holding area and was last seen on May 22, 2009. There were no other items missing, and there was no sign of forced entry.
