Upon further investigation the individual was found to be in possession of two small knives, drug paraphernalia, marijuana and a bicycle that was taken from a campus bike rack. SDPD was called to the scene and the individual was cited and escorted off campus.

Summary: At approximately 0257 Public Safety responded to a report of a vehicle driving recklessly on campus. Upon investigation the vehicle was found in a campus parking garage. The owner of the vehicle, a commuter student, and a resident student were also in the area. Both students were found to be under the influence of alcohol (BAC .271 and BAC .20). Both students were voluntarily transported to detox but rejected upon arrival. One of the students indicated a medical concern and was transported to the hospital by paramedics.
