Summary: At approximately 0209 Public Safety received a report from a student who stated that at approximately 0150 he was pushed down the west stairs at the Mission Parking Structure by two African American males who were described as being approximately 19 to 20 years old.  The student indicated that the men then walked into the parking structure.  Officers searched the area and were unable to locate the individuals.

Summary: At approximately 1751 Public Safety responded to a report of a USD golf cart seen exiting the campus at a high rate of speed.  Upon investigation the driver of the cart was contacted and identified as a student worker.  The student stated that he had been given permission to take the cart to 7-11. The student was advised that it was not legal to drive the cart on a public road as it did not have a license plate.  The student and the cart were then escorted safely back to campus.

Summary: Last week Public Safety received a report from a female student alleging she had been sexually assaulted by an acquaintance that she identified as a male USD student.   The alleged sexual assault was reported to have occurred in the female student's residence room.  It was reported that alcohol was considered to have been a factor in the case.  The incident has been reported to the San Diego Police Department and is currently under investigation.
