2016 Spring Housing Sign Up

  • New First Year and Transfer Student Spring Move In: Wednesday, January 20th at 10AM
  • New International Student Spring Move In: Tuesday, January 19th at 10AM


There is still spring housing available but the spring housing application is no longer available online. Please contact Residential Life at or 619-260-4777 if you are interested in campus housing for this semester. 

Please note that first and second year  students are required to live on campus to fulfill the two year residency requirement. If you do not contact Residential Life you will still be booked and billed for spring housing so we encourage you to contact our office as soon as possible in order for our staff to better accommodate your housing preferences.

If you already know a specific roommate and/or room that you would like to move into, please email with your request as soon as possible. While Residential Life does not guarantee building or occupancy type, we will do our best to accommodate your request if mutually agreed upon by the other residents in that room/apartment and submitted in a timely manner. 

2016 Spring Break Housing Sign Up

Non continuous residence halls will be closed Saturday, March 19th at noon and will reopen Monday, March 28th at 10AM. Non continuous residence halls include all first year areas, the Alcala Vistas and San Buenaventura. If you live in one of these areas and are interested in staying on campus during spring break please complete the Spring Break Eform by March 16th (instead of March 14th) at 5PM to avoid a late application fee.  The e-form outlines the cost of staying on campus during spring break and you can also refer to the spring housing page for additional information.

If you will be on campus for Spring Break please join Residential Life for Easter Brunch on Sunday, March 27th beginning at 11AM-2PM in the Mission Crossroads Lounge. Please RSVP to Janice Blanton at

Continuous residence halls will remain open for residents at no additional cost. Continuous residence halls include Manchester Village, San Antonio de Padua, University Terrace Apartments and Presidio Terrace Apartments. If you live in one of these areas and are interested in staying on campus during spring break please notify your Resident Assistant.

Continuous Occupancy

Continuous occupancy (including Christmas Break, Intersession and Spring Break) is available at no additional expense only for those Residents in the San Antonio de Padua, Presidio Terrace, University Terrace Apartments and Manchester Village who fulfill the full 2015-2016 academic year agreement. Any Resident who does not fulfill the full 2015-2016 academic year agreement shall pay the room fees established for those periods and paid by Residents in other campus housing buildings 

Move Out Dates

Law Students move out date is no later than noon on Sunday, May 15, 2016.

For all graduate residents, move out date will be 24 hours after your last final or noon on Thursday, May 19, 2016, whichever comes first.

For all undergraduate residents, move out date will be twenty-four hours after the Resident’s last examination or noon on Thursday, May 19, 2015, whichever comes earlier.

For all students who will be graduating on the weekend of May 21-22, move out date will be no later than noon on Monday, May 23rd 2016.
