San Buenaventura and the San Antonio de Padua (SAPs) apartments together represent the Missions Apartments, the sophomore and upper class options for living in the Valley. The SAPs, in the Missions Housing area, offer 41 units consisting of studios for two residents and large one-bedroom apartments for three residents. Continuous occupancy (including Christmas Break, Intersession and Spring Break) is available at no additional expense to residents that stay for the full academic year. A laundry room, study/computer lounge and recreation room are located on the ground level of this three-story building. Each unit is entered from an interior hallway and some have balcony views of Tecolote Canyon and Mission Bay. A swimming pool is located at the south end of the building.

Missions Cafe and Fitness Center
This state-of-the-art 8,515 square foot, wellness-focused facility is located in the heart of Missions housing. Designed to strengthen the minds, bodies and spirits of students, the fitness center features a yoga/pilates exercise room, cardio equipment, strength training and more. The Missions Cafe is a full-service coffee/juice bar and sandwich shop featuring an assortment of healthy food choice and late night snack options including fresh organic foods such as sandwiches, salads, plus frozen yogurt.

Missions Housing Desk Services
The Mission Crossroads Desk is the center of activity for the Mission Housing area. The front desk staff encodes room key cards, takes messages, gives information, provides vacuums and other sundries for residents. If you need to mail any items, outgoing mail is picked up twice a day Monday through Friday. You can also check out foosball items to use in the San Antonio de Padua Apartments (SAPs) Lounge. SAPs Laundry Facilities
The Laundry Facilities are on the lower level of the SAPs building. The cost for a load of laundry in the washer is $1.25 and dryers are $.50. You need to purchase a laundry card for $2.00 and you can replenish your money on the card in $5, $10, and $20 increments. There are two machines to do this, located in Missions Crossroads, one for cash, the other for credit cards. The laundry card machine does not take $1.00 bills.
Mission Housing RA Office
The Resident Assistant Office, in Crossroads, is where you can find Resident Assistants working on programming efforts and performing their on-duty hours. The RA office is located at the Mission Crossroads Desk. You may contact the RAs at (619) 260-4625.
San Antonio de Padua Community Director
Brandon McCreary is the Community Director for the Missions Apartments Community, including the San Antonio de Padua and San Buenaventura Apartments. He was born and raised in Pasadena, CA, graduated from USD in 2010 with a Business Administration degree, and then again in 2012 with a Master of Arts in Leadership Studies. Brandon loves working in the Valley, and looks forward to helping upper class residents feel connected to USD and truly enjoy their experience at one of the top universities in the nation! In his free time, Brandon enjoys taking advantage of the weather and outdoor opportunities San Diego provides, while making sure to stay up-to-date on everything happening in the world of sports. He encourages all students to follow USD’s elite Athletics program, and to get involved in the many student clubs and organizations on campus.
