Intersession Housing OnLine Application Instructions
You will need your MySandiego UserID and Password (USD email account information) to access and complete your online housing application. If you do not already have a USD email, follow the instructions below:
- Log on to http://mail.sandiego.edu
- Click on "Open an Account"
- Complete the online registration. You will need your USD ID number, the last four digits of your Social Security Number, and your date of birth.
- If you need assistance creating your account, call USD Tech Support at (619) 260-7900, Monday through Friday 8am-5pm. Please note that it takes 24-48 hours for your account to activate.
- Once your account is active, you will be able to log on to the Housing Portal.
Housing Portal Instructions
- Once your USD email account is activated, go to the Housing Portal website at http://starportal.sandiego.edu/starportal .
- Log in using your MySanDiego username and password.
- Once you have logged in, be sure to select the "2010: Intersession" term on the first page
- Fill out the "Personal Details" page.
- Make sure you carefully read and understand the terms and conditions described on the "Electronic Transactions Agreement" page, as this will be your binding Housing Contract for Intersession.
