Community Standards
The goal of the Residence Hall Community Standards at USD is to encourage further development of mature social and individual behavior. Rules and Regulations that exists are for the student's benefit and for the benefit of all residents of our community. They are not arbitrarily determined; rather thay are based on the principles of consideration for the rights and privileges of all individuals living in a group situation.
