Fall 2009 Checkout Information
Fall Semester checkout will be twenty-four hours after the Resident's last examination or noon on Wednesday, December 23, 2009, whichever comes earlier.

Full academic year residents of Manchester Village, University Terrace and the Presidio Terrace Apartments are continuous occupancy (including Christmas Break, Intersession, and Spring Break). However, residents of these halls areas should notify their Resident Staff of their occupancy dates during Christmas break and Intersession. If you are not returning for the spring semester you are expected to check out of Manchester Village, the UTAs, or the PTAs, no later than noon on December 23rd 2009.

January Spring 2010 Check-In Information
All returning students are permitted to check-in after 12:00 noon on Friday, January 22, 2010. Earlier check-in dates will not be permitted except under extenuating circumstances and require approval by the Residential Life Office. The early arrival charge is $50 per night per resident.. Students who are members of a team or club which requires early check-in should contact their coach or group advisor for more information. Early arrival charges may still apply for these student groups.
