Check-In Information
All new students are permitted to check-in at 12:00 noon on Saturday, August 30, 2008. All returning students are permitted to check-in at 12:00 noon on Monday, September 1, 2008. Earlier check-in dates will not be permitted except under extenuating circumstances. The early arrival charge is $50 per night for room only. Students who are members of a team or club which requires early check-in should contact their coach or group advisor for more information. Early arrival charges may still apply for these student groups.

Check-Out Information
Twenty-four hours after the Resident’s last examination or 12:00 noon
on Saturday, December 20, 2008, whichever comes earlier.

Manchester Village and University Terrace Residents
The contract period for all upperclassmen residents living in the University Terrace and Manchester Village Apartments provides for continuous occupancy from noon on Monday, September 1, 2008 through 12:00 noon on Friday, May 22, 2009.

Graduate and Law Residents
The contract period for all Graduate and Law residents living in the Presidio
Terrace and Manchester Village provides for continuous occupancy from
September 1, 2008 through May 31, 2009.
