To earn a Certificate in Real Estate Finance, Investments and Development, students must successfully complete:
One (1) stand-alone required seminar, "The Real Estate Process" (3 hours)

Six (6) core courses (72 hours)

Two (2) elective courses (24 hours)
Total certificate requirements:
One required seminar, plus eight (8) 12-hour courses, for a total of 99 hours.
Students interested in earning both the Certificate in Finance, Investments and Developmentas well as the Certificate in Entitlement, Development and Design need to complete only ONE additional course. Please contact the program coordinator for details.
