Students will learn how to incorporate sustainable measures into site planning, energy-efficient approaches and building design.
Classes begin monthly and can be taken on an ad hoc basis or within a prescribed curriculum to earn either the University of San Diego Certificate in Real Estate Entitlement, Development and Design OR the University of San Diego Certificate in Real Estate Finance, Investments and Development. Program courses are taught by local industry experts.
To earn a Certificate in Real Estate Entitlement, Development and Design, students must successfully complete:

- Two (2) elective courses (24 hours)
Total certificate requirements:
One required seminar, plus eight (8) 12-hour courses, for a total of 99 hours.
